For more information, please visit The Production Lead is responsible for cultivating a culture of safety, security, and operational resilience across all enterprise locations. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations and assign tasks. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across shifts. Train and mentor associates. Monitor inventory and report discrepancies. Support audits and continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of production experience, including leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Essential Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
