Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks a Physical Therapist II to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation for diverse patient populations within an academic medical center. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize functional outcomes and support safe discharge planning. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate documentation in the EMR, participation in interdisciplinary rounds, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to quality improvement and clinical education initiatives in our mission-driven, teaching-focused environment.
