Responsibilities Participate in the Shift Leader training program to develop management skills and future career success. Support store operations during shifts and contribute to a positive guest experience. Assist in supervising team members, ensuring adherence to store standards and policies. Collaborate with store leadership to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment for customers and employees. Qualifications Willingness to learn and develop management skills; a proactive and reliable attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule with a positive, customer-focused mindset.
