Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Overtime available; may require working later during the week and some weekends as needed)

Position Overview
Abacus Staffing is hiring a Cycle Count / Inventory & Returns Associate for a dedicated account in Hialeah Gardens, FL. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, cycle counting, returns processing, and customer support within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Receive, inspect, and process customer returns
- Maintain detailed and accurate returns logs
- Conduct routine quality checks on inventory
- Manage inventory disposal per customer instructions
- Update inventory reports and provide weekly updates
- Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies
- Locate misplaced or unidentified inventory
- Assist pickers with alternative inventory locations when needed
- Take photos, measurements, and inspections per customer request
- Respond to customer email requests related to inventory
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior inventory experience required
- Order Picker experience required
- Basic computer skills and math skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
