Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Wealth Managers to join our growing team to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management services for high-net-worth and affluent clients. The Wealth Manager will build and maintain deep client relationships, develop tailored wealth strategies, coordinate with internal and external partners (tax, legal and investment teams), and ensure regulatory compliance while contributing to business growth. Candidates must hold CFP certification and a Series 7 license and demonstrate proven experience as a Wealth Manager or Financial Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent clients, acting as primary point of contact for financial planning and wealth management needs.
• Develop and implement customized financial plans and investment strategies aligned with client goals, risk tolerances, and tax considerations.
• Conduct regular client reviews and ongoing monitoring of portfolios, recommending adjustments as market conditions and client objectives change.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (CPAs, attorneys, trust officers) to deliver coordinated wealth solutions and estate planning guidance.
• Execute and oversee trades and account activity in accordance with client instructions and firm policies, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (FINRA, SEC) and firm compliance policies, completing required documentation and disclosures.
• Utilize wealth management platforms and CRM systems (e.g., MoneyTree, Black Diamond, AdvisorEngine) to manage client data, performance reporting, and planning deliverables.
• Drive new client acquisition and relationship growth through referrals, networking, and business development activities while maintaining high client service standards.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior advisors and support staff to deliver an excellent client experience and scale best practices across the team.
• Prepare clear, professional client communications, proposals, and performance reports tailored to client needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) required.
• Active Series 7 license required. Series 66 and/or additional FINRA registrations are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Wealth Manager, Financial Advisor, or similar role, managing high-net-worth client relationships and complex financial plans.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or credentials (CPA, PFS) are strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory environment (FINRA, SEC) and experience maintaining compliance with industry rules and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with wealth management and reporting platforms such as MoneyTree, Black Diamond, and AdvisorEngine is highly desirable.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable advice.
• Demonstrated ability to construct and manage multi-asset portfolios, conduct financial planning, and coordinate tax-efficient strategies.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and ability to pass background checks and firm onboarding requirements.
• Willingness to contribute to business development efforts and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
