Behavioral Health Therapist: Telehealth in Primary Care
Primary Health Care
Primary Health Care Inc. seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to work with patients in the Ames and Marshalltown clinics. This full-time role (40 hours/week) includes potential telehealth services.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, intervene, and provide brief and long-term therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families, improving overall patient health. You will handle referrals, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination within a primary care
