Family Tree's GOALS is a family residential shelter serving households that are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program provides a safe and supportive environment, case management, and basic needs through a multigenerational and trauma-informed approach. GOALS operates 24/7.

Job Summary

The GOALS Program Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of GOALS. The Program Director provides direct leadership and supervision to residential staff, ensures effective staffing and service delivery, supports a safe and welcoming environment, and responds to immediate client and staff needs. The Program Director works closely with the Vice President of Homelessness Programs and Residential Programs Administrator to ensure that GOALS operates consistently with Family Tree policies, contractual requirements, program standards, and the organization's mission and values.
