Job Summary This role manages the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property, leading the team, ensuring financial and operational goals are met, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws. Key Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate financial statements, develop budgets, set rent rates, and prepare monthly financial status reports. Approve invoices, reconcile work, and manage vendor and contractor relationships. Control expenditures to stay within approved budget and manage petty cash. Oversee lease enforcement, including application processing, renewal leases, inspections, evictions, and fee collections. Analyze market and economic trends; implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Resolve resident complaints, promote satisfaction and retention, and supervise service request fulfillment. Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards are met. Interview, hire, orient, train, and evaluate property staff in accordance with company policies. Maintain client/owner relationships through meetings, property tours, performance updates, and owner requests. Perform accounting, administrative, and reporting duties as required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field. 4–6 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service. Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, resolve customer issues, maintain financial records, and coordinate a team. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills. Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Required Licenses & Certifications All licenses and/or certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions. Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, and all staff with golf cart access must also possess a valid license. Proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs; experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite). Schedule Weekend availability required; Monday‑Friday 9am‑6pm schedule (subject to change based on business needs). Compensation Hourly rate: $38.00 – $41.00 per hour (SanDelice, CA). Eligible for quarterly or annual bonus program for corporate positions, and weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonus programs for onsite property positions.
