Teller (Member Service Representative I) Pay Range: $22.33 - $32.38 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 What You’ll Be Doing Provide world‑class member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information to Members. Follow cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and member assets. Deliver face‑to‑face service to Members requesting account assistance. Provide consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services or refer Members to the appropriate team member to assess needs, address concerns and gain agreement. Process member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care. Contribute to departmental goals by processing high volume with a sense of urgency. Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including BSA regulations corresponding to job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment‑related actions. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications High‑School Diploma or GED required. Less than 1 year of prior related experience required. Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment. Work Location 100% on‑site, 0% remote; serving members in‑person at branches. Hybrid options: Three days a week in office and up to two days remote.
