Property Management
· Respond to maintenance requests and follow up on work orders to ensure timely resolution
· Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies.
· Maintain accurate property records in management software and physical files.
· Coordinate move – ins, move outs, unit inspections & apartment preparation
· Coordinate with on-site staff located at all properties.
· Addressing and clearing (HPD) (ECB) and (DOB) violations.
· Monitor and track tenant payments ensuring timely collections.
· Experience with rent stabilized and free market apartments.
· Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
