Legrand is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Management to lead a key portfolio within our Audio Video Division. Based in Minnetonka, MN, this leadership role will shape long-term product strategy, drive innovation, and deliver sustainable growth across a diverse portfolio.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team, guide investment and roadmap decisions, and partner across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to bring impactful solutions to market.

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Director – Product Management to join the Audio Video Division in Minnetonka, MN. The Director of Product Management leads a key product management organization within Legrand AV’s Display Infrastructure Product Group and is responsible for developing and executing long-term portfolio strategies that drive revenue growth, strong market position, and profitability.
This role leads a high performing team of product managers and aligns portfolio investments and product roadmaps with the company's long-term strategic and financial objectives.
Success requires balancing portfolio vision with execution while driving growth, profitability, and market leadership.
