Shift: 06:30 AM - 05:00 PM (10Hr) will be discussed during the interview
Unit: Women's Surgery/GYN
Experience: 1-2 years OR RN experience required
COVID 19 Vaccination required
Job Description
Collaboration with other health professionals, assessment, and analysis of assessment data.
Establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing care priorities, and implementing care.
Delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, and evaluating intervention responses.
Performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
Requirements
Diploma or Associate's Degree (ADN) - Required
BLS - Required
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active multistate RN license - Required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
