Are you an experienced Performance Marketing leader with deep expertise in paid media, player acquisition and AAA game launches?
Join a global publishing organisation where you'll lead North American performance marketing strategy for upcoming AAA PC and console titles. This is a high-impact role responsible for media planning, agency leadership, attribution, experimentation and campaign optimisation, helping drive player acquisition and measurable business growth at scale.
About the role
You will own North American performance marketing strategy and execution, working closely with global publishing teams to plan and deliver large-scale paid media campaigns across the full player acquisition funnel.
From launch planning through live campaign optimisation, you'll manage agency relationships, media investment, attribution frameworks and performance analytics while helping establish scalable marketing capabilities and best practices for future titles.
This role is ideal for a senior games marketing professional who combines strategic thinking, channel expertise and strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results for premium game launches.
What you'll do
Paid Media & Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute North American paid media strategies across major digital channels.
- Lead media planning, budgeting and campaign execution for AAA title launches.
- Partner with global teams to align acquisition strategies with broader go-to-market objectives.
- Manage media investment, pacing and performance optimisation against key business goals.
- Drive full-funnel player acquisition strategies across PC and console audiences.
- Establish KPI frameworks, forecasting models and campaign planning processes.
Agency & Creative Leadership
- Lead end-to-end agency management, including selection, onboarding and performance oversight.
- Develop creative briefs and campaign requirements for media and creative partners.
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to design and execute testing frameworks.
- Optimise creative performance through ongoing experimentation and analysis.
- Ensure agencies remain aligned with campaign objectives and performance targets.
Attribution & Analytics
- Build and oversee attribution frameworks across marketing channels.
- Implement scalable measurement systems and reporting structures.
- Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting tools.
- Analyse campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
- Translate complex performance data into clear strategic insights.
- Lead regular business reviews with internal stakeholders and publishing teams.
Platform & Storefront Optimisation
- Collaborate with platform partners and internal teams to improve storefront visibility and performance.
- Support digital merchandising initiatives and optimisation opportunities.
- Align acquisition efforts with launch milestones and promotional programs.
What we're looking for
Experience
- 8+ years of performance marketing experience within the games industry.
- Experience supporting or leading major AAA game launches.
- Proven history managing large-scale multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
- Experience managing annual media budgets of $1M+.
- Experience working across PC and console ecosystems.
- Strong agency management experience from briefing through performance evaluation.
Skills
- Deep expertise across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta and Programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of player acquisition and full-funnel marketing.
- Experience with attribution and analytics platforms.
- Advanced campaign optimisation and ROAS management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills.
- Experience creating dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong business planning and forecasting skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Gamesight, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar platforms.
- Experience working with global publishing organisations.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and teams.
- Korean language skills are a plus.
