Select Medical’s Select Specialty Hospital in Miami seeks a Case Manager (PRN) to oversee discharge planning, utilization reviews and case management for chronically critically ill patients. You will coordinate with payors and a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality care and appropriate resource use, scheduling shifts on an as-needed basis.
