Project Manager – Store Refurbishments

Location: Mason, OH | Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Duration: 6 months | Temp-to-Perm possible
Start: ASAP | Experience: 3–5 years preferred

Role Summary

Manage retail store new, relocation, remodel, and refurbishment projects .
Own project schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, contractors, and change orders .
Coordinate with Store Construction, Design, Procurement, and cross-functional teams .
Manage RFPs, vendor bids, bid analysis, preconstruction meetings, and project execution.
Track construction progress, documentation, risks, and project closeout.
Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to leadership.
Support projects across multiple brands while ensuring brand standards and budgets.
