Senior Financial Advisor

Parsippany, NJ A growing independent wealth management firm is seeking a senior advisor to work directly alongside the CEO and help lead relationships with the firm’s premier high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This is a true co-advisory role with significant client exposure, ownership, and influence. The successful candidate will lead sophisticated planning engagements across estate, tax, retirement, investment, and wealth-preservation strategies while coordinating closely with attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, and internal leadership. Key Responsibilities Co-advise the firm’s most complex client relationships alongside senior leadership Lead client and prospect meetings as a primary strategic advisor Develop and present advanced financial, tax, estate, and retirement plans Coordinate integrated solutions with external legal, tax, and insurance professionals Translate client objectives into long-term portfolio and wealth-preservation strategies Serve as a technical planning resource and improve internal planning workflows Maintain strong compliance and risk-management standards Qualifications 10+ years of comprehensive wealth management or financial planning experience Experience advising high-net-worth and multi-generational families Deep knowledge of estate planning, tax mitigation, retirement planning, and executive benefits Series 65, Series 66, or equivalent registration Experience with eMoney, RightCapital, MoneyGuidePro, or similar planning platforms Strong client presence, judgment, and presentation skills This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor seeking greater influence, direct access to firm leadership, and a central role in serving a sophisticated client base. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
