Personal Care Assistant - PCA

$16.5 per hour

Starting pay of $16.50/hour with a weekend differential for working between 7pm Friday through 7am Monday.
Flexible PRN scheduling that can work around your class schedule

Caregiver/client matching based on client needs and caregiver fit
Paid drive time between clients
Mileage paid while running errands or transporting clients
Education assistance up to $2,500 annually for employees meeting requirements
Support available for obtaining PCA or CNA certifications
Continuing education opportunities for license maintenance
Paid time off for full-time and part-time employees
Comprehensive and affordable health insurance for full-time employees working qualified hours

Caregiver Qualifications

Prior caregiving experience preferred. Demonstrates compassion and an ability to build rapport with clients. Able to work independently and demonstrate dependable work habits. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation. Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria.
