Generative AI Product Owner

Role Overview: This role involves managing complex, data-driven projects with a focus on generative AI applications and delivering impactful data assets and BI/analytics dashboards. The Product Owner will maintain a customer-focused approach to develop strategies and solutions, collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams to align technical and business objectives. A key aspect is developing and implementing innovative solutions leveraging AI technologies to enhance customer experiences and optimize marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, data-driven projects and ensure seamless integration of generative AI applications.
- Deliver data assets and BI/analytics dashboards, maintaining a customer-focused approach to develop impactful strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to align technical and business objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions leveraging AI technologies to enhance customer experiences and optimize marketing efforts.
- Customer Data Management & Analytics: Expertise in handling large customer datasets, performing sophisticated analyses, and extracting actionable insights to drive customer-centric decisions.
- Generative AI Applications: Proficiency in implementing generative AI technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance, with the ability to automate and optimize marketing efforts using AI solutions.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development, data architecture, and machine learning algorithms, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineering and data science teams.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to align product development with business goals, anticipate trends, and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively articulate product vision, experience writing detailed specifications, and presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
