Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active SLP licensure for Wyoming (or willingness to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates also considered
• Experience conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering individualized and group therapy in educational settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy for students as outlined by IEPs
• Conduct assessments to determine eligibility and progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and develop individualized plans
• Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports per school and legal guidelines
• Offer resources, coaching, and support to families and educators for carryover of skills
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing collaboration within the school community
