Receptionist – Part-Time Evenings & Weekends
The Greens at Cabarrus | Concord, NC
Schedule:
Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Every Other Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Every Other Sunday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
The Greens at Cabarrus , a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility and Great Place to Work Certified community, is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff
Answer and direct incoming calls
Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk
Monitor visitor sign-in and facility protocols
Assist with filing, copying, data entry, and other administrative duties
Provide support to departments as needed
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment
Must be able to work the schedule listed above
