The position offers the opportunity to work in a small, focused medical management unit with a supportive staff and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Shift Details\n \n Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM \n Every other weekend commitment required \n Unit Information\n The Medical Management Unit (MMU) is a 12-bed unit staffed by 3 nurses and 1 nursing assistant. This unit provides care to patients requiring medical supervision and telemetry, with a focus on lower-acuity cases compared to other departments. Responsibilities\n \n Administer telemetry testing on the first day; results will determine ongoing assignment eligibility. \n Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. \n Monitor patient health status and respond to changing conditions. \n Work closely with healthcare team members to ensure seamless provision of care. \n Document patient care accurately and comply with hospital protocols. \n Qualifications\n \n Registered Nurse (RN) license required. \n Previous experience in a telemetry or medical management unit is preferred. \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n Ability to work as part of a team and deliver high-quality patient care. \n Additional Information\n Applicants must have been separated from employment for 6 or more months to be considered for this position. \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID 38102908.
