BCBA Behavior Consultant: In-Home ABA & School Support

Behavior Consultant Consultant to work with children and adults with developmental disabilities, their families, schools and residential placements conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior plans, training relevant parties and providing ongoing support. Services to be provided include problem‑specific consultation, intensive in‑home ABA program development and training for children with autism, staff training, and school consultations. Qualifications Certification as BCBA. Good interpersonal skills, ability to maintain strong working relationships with families and other professionals. Effective time‑management skills. 5+ years behavioral consulting experience. Behavior Assistants Behavior Assistants are responsible for one‑on‑one teaching sessions with young children with autism using applied behavior analysis techniques. Services are delivered at the child’s home and at our clinic. Supervision and training are provided by Behavior Solutions consultants. Qualifications Experience teaching or working with children. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships with families and other professionals. Effective time‑management skills. Enjoy working with kids.
