Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Job Summary: MD Landscaping is looking for hard‑working individuals to join our team as Landscape Maintenance Crew Members. This position offers you the chance to apply your horticultural expertise to high‑end residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring every lawn is lush and every garden bed is thriving. You will be a key player in our seasonal pruning projects, utilizing your eye for detail to shape and enhance the structural beauty of trees and shrubs. Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming. Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs. Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants. Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area. Operate various landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers. Job Requirements: At least 1 year of proven work experience as a landscaper or similar role. Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers. Landscaping is a physically demanding job – expect to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.
