The Concierge team plays a critical role in creating personalized, seamless guest experiences from arrival through departure.The Front Desk Concierge Agent is responsible for delivering elevated, personalized service by assisting guests with reservations, activity planning, transportation coordination, and special requests. This role serves as a key ambassador of the resort, providing knowledgeable recommendations and proactive service to ensure each guest experience exceeds expectations. The Front Desk Concierge Agent supports consistent daily coverage and plays an active role in guest relationship building and service recovery.Onsite: Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time Pay Rate: $19 – $21.50/hr. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
