Job Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Windsor, CT Arbor Associates is seeking dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a residential setting in Windsor, CT. This role requires consistency, professionalism, and the ability to provide structured, hands-on support. If you're reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on care environment, this is a strong fit. Available Schedules: Sunday, Monday, Friday 2PM-10PM & Saturdays 7AM-3PM What You'll Do: Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

- Provide direct care and supervision in a residential setting
- Support individuals with daily living skills, routines, and community engagement
- Assist with ADLs while maintaining dignity and privacy
- Implement behavior support strategies as needed
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities
- Accurately document shift activity and communicate with team members

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Direct Care or Human Services, or in roles like CNA, Residential Counselor, HHA, Mental Health Worker, Caregiver, Childcare worker, PCA, or similar.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Medical Administration Certification (DDS) & PMT (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to obtain additional on-the-job training
- Reliable transportation & active, valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass extensive background screening and DMV driving record check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as the role requires.
