About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic leader, providing financial oversight and partnering with senior management to drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and long-term financial success. Key responsibilities for the CFO include offering strategic financial leadership, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing banking relationships, audits, and external financial partnerships, as well as leading process improvements and financial system enhancements. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive accounting and finance leadership experience is required, with a background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience in a healthcare or highly regulated environment is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to influence business strategy through financial leadership and analysis, and possess excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
