Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and disposition
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon start
• BLS certification required upon start
• ACLS certification required upon start
• PALS certification required upon start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
• Ability to adapt to a rotating shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity environments
