Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to understand their unique mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that effectively address their challenges.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing methodologies such as solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy, to enhance client outcomes and support their mental wellness journey.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational protocols.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
