Route DriverWe are seeking a reliable and professional Route Driver to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring timely delivery of units to our customers while maintaining excellent service standards. If you are organized, customer-focused, and enjoy driving, this could be a great opportunity for you to grow with a dynamic company.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate company vehicles to deliver units to designated locations according to scheduled routesLoad and unload units, ensuring accuracy and proper handlingVerify delivery orders and documents deliveries in Trace2Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, sinks, and trailers in accordance with company standardsFollow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe transportationCommunicate effectively with dispatcher and customers regarding delivery status and any issuesPerform routine vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance needsFlexibility to work weekends as business needs requireEducation and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMinimum of one (1) year of commercial driving experience preferredValid Class A or Class B CDL license preferred, but not requiredMust meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including successful completion of a drug and alcohol screening and medical examinationEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in accordance with applicable lawsSkills & Physical Abilities:Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly convey informationCustomer service–oriented mindset with the ability to professionally address and resolve concerns or complaintsBasic computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and softwareKnowledge of local roads and navigation skillsDependable, punctual, and responsible attitudeAbility to stand and walk for extended periods, including traveling across job sitesFrequent use of hands and arms for reaching, handling materials, and operating equipmentCapability to perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawlingAbility to safely lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 150 poundsEqual Employment Opportunity Statement:We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
