Position Care Partner – Full Time Location Westlake, Ohio Salary $18.00 – $23.75 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Responsibilities Act as an advocate of empathy—create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. Be an engaged learner—stay curious, ask questions, and pursue development and training. Be proactive—assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Assistance with residents’ sit–stand–walk transitions and post‑fall support. Criminal background check clearance.
