Read blueprints, verify measurements, stage finished products, and safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and set up power saws for accurate material cuttingRead blueprints and production schedulesMeasure and inspect products to ensure quality standardsLabel, stage, and move materials throughout the facilityUse ERP systems to manage work orders and production documentationOperate forklifts and overhead cranesMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaCommunicate issues and support team production goalsQualificationsExperience operating saws or industrial production equipmentAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsForklift and overhead crane experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and safety awarenessHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseScheduleTrain on 1st ShiftMove to 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM-3:00 AMShift differential plus optional Friday and Saturday overtimeWhy Apply?Full benefits packagePaid trainingPerformance-based pay increasesStable manufacturing environment with growth opportunities and overtime availability.This is a Permanent position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
