Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a compassionate, goal-oriented Retirement Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families explore the right next chapter. In this resident-first role, you will build relationships with prospective residents, understand their needs, and guide them through independent living, assisted living, memory care, and other community services. You will respond to inquiries, conduct community tours and presentations, maintain accurate prospect records, and follow up throughout the decision process. Partner with community teams to deliver a welcoming, respectful experience and support occupancy goals.
