Description

Shipping & Packaging Operator - 2nd Shift | St. Louis, MO

The Gund Company is hiring a Shipping & Packaging Specialist to join our team! If you're detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and want to grow with a company that values teamwork and employee development, this is the role for you.

Shift: 2nd (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
Pay: Starting at $20/hour + 15% shift premium

What You'll Do:

Prepare and package products for shipment according to customer specifications
Review work orders, packing slips, and shipment details for accuracy
Build boxes, crates, or skids using hand tools and equipment
Operate forklift (if certified) and assist with loading/unloading trucks
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards
Participate in cross-training to learn additional processes

Experience in shipping, packaging, or manufacturing preferred
Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
