$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available (details discussed during interview process)

Full-Time Shifts Available

· 6:30 AM – 3 PM

· 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

· 10:30 PM- 7 AM

Meadowood Nursing Center, a 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in beautiful Clearlake, California, is currently seeking compassionate and motivated LVNs to join our team.

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:

· Holds a current California LVN license

· Has current BLS/CPR certification or can obtain it during orientation

· Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

· Communicates well with residents, families, physicians, and team members

· Demonstrates strong leadership and teamwork skills

· Has a genuine passion for patient advocacy and resident care

Responsibilities Include

· Providing nursing care within LVN scope of practice

· Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policy

· Monitoring and reporting resident condition changes

· Supporting CNAs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

· Participating in infection control and quality improvement programs

· Conducting patient and family education

· Carrying out physician orders in accordance with state regulations

Qualifications

· Current California LVN license required

· BLS/CPR certification preferred

· Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
