Treasury Analyst

Treasury Analyst Multilevel Role Treasury Analyst Assists in the research, analysis, and execution of moderately complex projects in cash management, corporate finance, retirement investments or risk management. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with personnel from other departments, vendors, external auditors, etc. Essential Functions Assist internal departments with different treasury needs that support growth. Support the initiatives to increase banking infrastructure and cash management processes. Oversee daily cash positioning activities, which include cash position reconciliation, local deposits, bank reporting, and managing daily liquidity. Identify fraudulent activity, financial risks, and treasury while developing mitigation strategies. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, risk management, accounting or business or equivalent. Minimum Experience Two (2) years professional experience in a finance function required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Familiarity with spreadsheet modeling and other business-related computer applications. Strong analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills required. Continuously work with the business to understand cash forecast variances and develop mitigation plans where possible. Develop and maintain long-term future cash and covenant projections. Monitor and report on bank account balances, inflows, and outflows. Ensure that reasonable controls are implemented and maintained. Act as a treasury owner for different enterprise system enhancements. Leverage, implement, and maintain the enterprise treasury management system. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, risk management, accounting or business or equivalent. Minimum Experience Four years professional experience in a finance function required. Job Conditions None Preferred Qualifications Proficient experience in financial modeling/excel (specifically). Experience building financial models. Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance etc. CPA, CFA, CTP certifications preferred. Position not eligible for sponsorship. Additional Details This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week. This position is not eligible for relocation.
