Identify, pursue, and win new opportunities across biotech, mid‑pharma, Big Pharma, and medical device sponsors. Expand strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers. Lead bid defences, proposals, and contract negotiations, partnering closely with scientific and operational SMEs. Cross‑sell across a diversified portfolio of clinical research solutions. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline. Represent the company at industry conferences, strengthening brand visibility and generating qualified opportunities. Contribute to commercial integration following recent acquisitions, shaping best practices and processes. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership across North America and global headquarters. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business. MBA an asset. 10–15+ years’ experience in life sciences business development, ideally selling clinical trial services. Proven track record of winning new business and expanding accounts across North America. Experience selling multi‑service solutions and navigating complex ecosystems. Strong understanding of clinical development environments or technical domains advantageous.
