Job Summary

Mount Joseph at Waterville is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Waterville, Maine. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care and service
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and interactions

Requirements

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maine
Willingness to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
