Position Overview

We are hiring full-cycle Sales Representatives responsible for generating leads, inspecting properties, and closing roofing and exterior service projects.

This position requires climbing on roofs. If you are afraid of heights, this may not be the right fit for you.

This is a field-based, door-to-door and in-home sales role , where success comes from consistent effort, strong communication, and the ability to build trust with homeowners. This role requires some local travel.

You will:

• Canvass neighborhoods
• Climb on and off roofs
• Generate and run your own appointments
• Perform basic inspections
• Present solutions and close deals

• Experienced roofing / home services sales professionals
• Trainable individuals who are motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in the field

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Canvassing

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods
• Identify homeowners who may need roofing or exterior services
• Generate leads and set appointments

Inspections & Consultations

• Conduct roof and exterior inspections (training provided if needed)
• Educate homeowners on:
  • Damage, wear, and repair needs
  • Insurance claim opportunities (when applicable)
  • Available solutions and options

Sales & Closing

• Present proposals and project scope
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process
• Handle objections and close deals confidently

Pipeline Management

• Manage projects from first contact → inspection → close
• Follow up with prospects and maintain deal flow
• Track activity and performance
