We are seeking a Pool & Beach Server to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five Star resort.


Role Summary:

The Pool & Beach Server has fun while being a Five Star professional. The primary responsibility will be assisting all guests at the Pool/Beach facilities with food & beverage orders and requests, courteously and efficiently, per hotel standards. In addition, the ideal candidate will maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment and work areas while ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.


We have a full-time position available.

This role is a flexible position (AM / PM) and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
  Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to do basic arithmetic.

• Ability to remain at assigned post when specified.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and other departments as part of a team.
• Ability to remain standing for entire shift.
• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop.
