LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE – LPN
With Generous Sign-On Bonus FT/PT
WALK IN INTERVIEWS MONDAY-FRIDAY 10am-3pm

Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Windy Hill is a newly owned and operated skilled nursing facility, providing clinically sophisticated sub-acute care and rehabilitation, as well as comprehensive nursing care. LPN Open Shifts:
Full Time Nights/ 6:45p-7:15a
Part Time Nights/ 6:45p-7:15a

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure
Strong LPN skills required
Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings
Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff
LPN POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of PA
Required experience for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): Nursing: 1 year
Required license or certification for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): LPN
