Director, Financial Planning

Position Purpose

Lead and direct the long-range budget & financial planning process, develop financial and strategic analysis, support executive leadership as required, special projects assigned.

• Direct and maintain overall responsibility of the long-range 5 year planning model including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Create succinct financial analysis and reports in order to communicate relevant financial information to management for effective decision making.
• Create templates and methodologies for managing budget data; optimize the use of systems to balance efficiency and end user experience
• Drive effective reporting and analysis requirements for long-range plans.
• Create methodology to transition long-range plan into annual budget process.
• Participate as financial representative on special projects.

Knowledge/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent relevant experience. 7+ years of financial planning/analysis experience. MBA, CPA, Public accounting or health care industry preferred. Strong budgeting, analysis, reporting and management experience required. Excel and Hyperion Planning software expertise preferred.Pay Range: $148,000.00 - $274,200.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
