Job Description:

Mr. Pickles Sandwich Shop is seeking a motivated and organized Shift Lead to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and training team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, as well as handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Assist in scheduling and managing shifts for team members
