Clinical Nurse Manager – Orlando, FL

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership and support daily operations within a patient care setting. This position is responsible for overseeing care delivery, supporting team development, and promoting quality and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical team members

• Support the coordination and delivery of patient care services

• Monitor clinical operations and promote quality standards

• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and professional development

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support organizational goals

• Maintain compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations

• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives

• Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused environment

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Previous clinical nursing experience required

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with others
