Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking an Access Team member to welcome patient families to the Children’s Medical Group for appointment scheduling and to act as a liaison between families and clinics. The role reports to the CMG Contact Center Supervisor and collaborates with the Regional Access Specialist to optimize outcomes while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate registration in EPIC.
