And this is definitely not a capped pay plan. Lifetime Roofing is an established, high-performing roofing company expanding into the Spring, TX market. We’re building this office with proven roofing sales professionals who want a compensation structure that outperforms anything they’ve seen—and a platform built to support serious producers. 2+ years of roofing sales experience in Texas Comfortable running inspections, claims, and homeowner conversations Self-directed, competitive, and disciplined Not afraid of knocking doors or creating opportunity Wants to be judged on results, not tenure

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Inspecting roofs and advising homeowners Working insurance and retail opportunities Building a strong personal book inside a scalable company
