2+ years of roofing sales experience in Texas Comfortable running inspections, claims, and homeowner conversations Self-directed, competitive, and disciplined Not afraid of knocking doors or creating opportunity Wants to be judged on results, not tenure

Inspecting roofs and advising homeowners Working insurance and retail opportunities Building a strong personal book inside a scalable company
