Ortho - Trauma Surgery opening in LouisianaLocated in Lake Charles, LA; 75m to LafayetteFull-time, hospital employed positionPosition Details: - BC/BE Full-time Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a hospital employed orthopedic team - Cover 10 days trauma call per month - Direct access to over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment to serve as a referral base - Direct employment by Health System - Only Level III ED Trauma Center in southwest Louisiana - Many high-impact trauma cases - Opportunity to develop an elective practice, if desired - Physical Therapy onsite - Strong nursing supportBenefit Details: - Attractive base salary - Work RVU production incentives - Starting bonus - Relocation reimbursement - Student loan forgiveness for those coming out of training - Paid professional liability insurance - Competitive Vacation, Holiday, - CME, and sick time off with pay - CME and Dues/Memberships reimbursement
