The ideal candidate must have experience in commercial, mixed-use property or residential management.Bilingual Spanish preferred, experienced in commercial property management, and highly skilled in balancing tenant relations, financial oversight, and property operations.Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a proven ability to manage staff and contractors.Oversee daily operations delivering exceptional customer service to tenants while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.Supervise and support on-site staff, manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers to ensure quality operations.Oversee leasing functions including renewals, negotiations, and tenant coordination.Monitor financial performance: budgeting, reporting, and expense control.
