Pharmacist Position in Yreka, CA
A retail pharmacy in Yreka, CA is seeking a qualified pharmacist to support their high-volume location. This per diem role offers an opportunity to apply your pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced environment with consistent hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations typical of a retail pharmacist. You will efficiently process between 400 to 500 prescriptions daily while ensuring accuracy and exceptional patient care. Familiarity with the PioneerRx pharmacy software system is important as the store recently transitioned to this platform.
Ideal candidates will hold a current California pharmacist license and have recent experience working in a pharmacy setting, demonstrating the ability to handle a demanding workload without compromising quality. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to thrive in this environment.
