Primary responsibilities include efficiently performing opening, closing, and deep cleaning duties. Participating in pre-shift meetings and actively engaging with the team, ensuring a present and attentive presence throughout. Clearly announcing important ingredients and allergens to guests when delivering beverages. Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of beverages. Safely and responsibly using all provided tools and supplies. Confidently assisting with grills and cooking when necessary. Ensuring bar consumables are stocked and ready for use. Effectively communicating with guests, team and management. Keeping service bar stocked, organized, and clean. Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar. Assisting teammates and providing exemplary service to guests. Consistent maintenance of acquired knowledge and skills of your position.

Required skills include teamwork, communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, time management, customer focus, and adaptability.
