Salary: $16.30 - $18.97/hour, based on comparable experience

Kirkland Crossings is seeking Servers to join our team in the Nutrition and Culinary Services department! Current opportunities include:

• Part Time PM's 4:00pm - 10:00pm shifts
• Weekend shifts ranging between 10am - 6:30pm

Kirkland Crossings is a dynamic Christian, senior living community, located at 700 Quinlan Dr. in Pewaukee, just north of Pewaukee Lake, off of the Hwy 16 and Ryan Rd. exit. In addition to our sprawling 12-acre campus, our new, 77-unit independent living apartment building will be a wonderful addition to the current community which includes senior apartments, assisted living, and memory care, along with a town center featuring a bistro, library, club room, salon, wellness center, and more.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
